1.  How do I make a purchase on ePortal?

You can make purchases using the following: • Credit Card (Visa/ Amex/ Master Card) • Debit Card (All leading bank debit cards) • Netbanking (All leading banks) You can also opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on ePortal


2.  I don't have a credit card/debit card/netbanking. What can I do?

You can also choose to pay "Cash on Delivery". With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on ePortal.


3.  Are there any charges when I make a payment on ePortal?

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with ePortal. We offer free delivery if the order is Rs. 999 or over, otherwise you will be charged an additional Rs. 99 for normal delivery or Cash on Delivery. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

5.  Can I pay by Cheque / Demand Draft upon delivery of my item?

No, our COD partner will only accept cash payment at the time of delivery.


6.  How do I pay using a Credit card?

We accept all VISA, Mastercard and American Express Credit cards. To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D Secure password. After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on ePortal, you will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.


7.  How do I pay using a Debit card?

We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on ePortal. You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.


8.  Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on ePortal?

Yes, shopping at ePortal is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on ePortal are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks. Furthermore, the Banks ask you to enter an online password (also known as 3D Secure password) which acts as an additional layer of security for your card transaction. This 3D Secure password is not printed anywhere on the card and is known only to you, giving you the added assurance that only you can use your card to make purchases on the Internet. This makes your online transaction on ePortal extremely safe and secure. You can be assured that ePortal offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.


9.  How do I check the current status of my order (s)?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with LimeRoad.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My Account link in the top left of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the My Orders link to view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the "Order Number". After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail and sms with the shipping details.


10.  How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.


11.  How will my item be packaged?

All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap


12.  What should I do if I find my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?

If you feel the package has been tampered or opened, do not accept it from the courier. Call us immediately on our helpline number


13.  How can I track the delivery of my order?

All ePortal items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.


14.  My product was damaged in transit. What should I do?

At the point of delivery, if the package seems to have been tampered with i.e. ePortal tape is broken / missing, please do not accept the order


15.  Is there a difference between what I see and what I buy?

With ePortal, what you see is what you get. We work hard on photographing images as is. Our content team gives you an elaborate description of the product with detailed specifications of each item. Our sourcing team makes sure to send out products that meet the ePortal. Aesthetic and stringent quality standards.
